Can I purchase directly from the website?
No. Approved clients submit a quote request through the website. Our team confirms availability, pricing and delivery by email before any payment.
How is payment arranged?
By bank transfer, once the quotation has been confirmed in writing. Payment details are provided with the confirmation.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery terms, cost and lead time depend on the destination and are confirmed with each quotation.
Is every vial covered by a certificate?
Every batch has its own certificate of analysis, and the batch number is printed on each vial. It can be checked on the Verify a Product page.
Do you provide usage instructions?
